What You’ll Need to Apply:

• Winter/Spring or Summer semester transcript 

• Letter of validation of enrollment/or acceptance as a full-time student in/to an accredited
  college or university 

• Letter of recommendation required from either school faculty or community member 

• Volunteer Hours and Documentation (optional)

Please keep your combined essay responses between 750-1000 words.

This includes both questions.

Important Note:

While it is not required, working or volunteering at organizations that increase mental health awareness, provide mental health support, and research mental health solutions will be a plus for the student's application.
